Do guests need an account?
No. Guests just scan the QR or open the link and upload straight from their camera roll. Zero sign-up required.
What file types are supported?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP for photos. MP4, MOV, and most common video formats for video. Starter allows up to 250 MB per uploaded file, Plus up to 500 MB per uploaded file, and Max up to 1 GB per uploaded file.
How long do photos stay?
Starter keeps upload and download access open for 3 months. Plus and Max keep upload and download access open for 1 year.
Is there a photo limit?
There is no free upload quota. Starter supports up to 100 guests, 2,000 uploads, and 25 GB storage. Plus supports up to 500 guests, 10,000 uploads, and 100 GB storage. Max has no guest cap and includes 50,000 uploads with 1 TB storage.
Can I use it for multiple events?
Yes. Every event gets its own gallery, QR code, and share link. Create as many as you need.
Can guests add messages with their photos?
Yes. Guests can optionally add a personal caption alongside their upload — like a digital guestbook that fills itself during the party. Captions appear in the lightbox and are exportable with the photos.
